- Provide legal advice regarding lease agreements

- Receive traditional real estate commissions
2.3 Independent Relationships
All lease agreements are directly between the space provider (“Owner”) and the space seeker (“Tenant”). ATLwarehouse.com is not a party to any lease agreement. Any disputes arising from a lease agreement are solely between the Owner and Tenant.
2.4 Georgia Real Estate Commission Notice
Pursuant to Georgia law, ATLwarehouse.com is not licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. We do not engage in activities that require a real estate license. Users are encouraged to consult with a licensed real estate professional for brokerage services.
3. MICRO INDUSTRIAL UNIT (MIU) RENTALS
3.1 MIU Definition
A Micro Industrial Unit (MIU) is a standardized 28-pallet storage module based on a 3m × 3m Pallet Estate (96.9 sq ft). MIUs are offered in various configurations:
- MIU-P1: 28 pallet positions (1 Pallet Estate)
- MIU-P2: 56 pallet positions (2 Pallet Estates)
- MIU-P3: 84 pallet positions (3 Pallet Estates)
- MIU-P4: 112 pallet positions (4 Pallet Estates)
- MIU-P5: 140 pallet positions (5 Pallet Estates)
3.2 Rental Process
When you rent an MIU through ATLwarehouse.com:
- You submit a rental application via our Fluent Forms
- You pay the required deposit/first month rent
- We match you with available warehouse space that meets your MIU requirements
- You enter into a direct lease agreement with the space owner
- You receive access credentials to your MIU
3.3 No Guarantee of Specific Location
While we strive to match tenants with suitable warehouse space, we do not guarantee that a specific address or location will be available. MIU rentals are for a unit type (e.g., MIU-P3) within our network of partner warehouses.
3.4 Rental Term
MIU rentals are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your lease agreement with the Owner. There are no long-term lease requirements.
3.5 Fees and Payments
- Rental payments are collected through ATLwarehouse.com via WooCommerce
- First month’s rent + last month’s deposit are required to secure an MIU
- Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, or USDC crypto via Telegram Pay
- Recurring payments: Monthly rent is automatically billed to your payment method
4. MIU LABOR SERVICES
4.1 Labor Bundles
ATLwarehouse.com offers prepaid labor bundles for pallet moving services:
- 28-Move Bundle: $179 (exact match for MIU-P1)
- 56-Move Bundle: $329 (exact match for MIU-P2)
- 84-Move Bundle: $469 (exact match for MIU-P3)
- 112-Move Bundle: $599 (exact match for MIU-P4)
- 140-Move Bundle: $719 (exact match for MIU-P5)
4.2 Labor Service Description
Labor services include:
- Skilled workers to move pallets (inbound, outbound, or shuffle)
- All labor provided – workers are employees/contractors of ATLwarehouse.com, not the tenant
- Equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) provided by ATLwarehouse.com
4.3 Labor Bundle Terms
- Bundles are valid for 90 days from purchase (120 days for Enterprise/Flagship bundles)
- Unused moves expire after the validity period
- No refunds on partially used bundles
- Bundles are transferable between your MIU units
5. CRM AND DATA POLICIES
5.1 Information We Collect
ATLwarehouse.com uses Fluent CRM to manage tenant and customer information. We collect:

6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

6.2 MIU Rental Refunds
6.2.1 GUARANTEED REFUND IF NO SPACE FOUND
If we are unable to find suitable warehouse space matching your MIU requirements within 14 business days of your initial payment, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Refund automatically processed – no action required on your part.
6.2.2 Other Rental Refunds
- Before move-in: Full refund (minus processing fees)
- After move-in: Prorated refund for unused portion, subject to lease terms with Owner
- Security deposits: Returned according to lease agreement terms
6.3 Labor Bundle Refunds
- Unused bundles within 14 days: Full refund
- Partially used bundles: No refund on used moves; unused moves refunded pro-rata
- After 14 days: No refunds on labor bundles
6.4 Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions for services may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided.
6.5 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company (a “chargeback”), we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account until the dispute is resolved
- Charge a $25 administrative fee for chargeback processing
- Terminate your access to services
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 As a Tenant, You Agree To:
- Pay rent and fees on time
- Maintain your MIU in good condition

- Not store illegal or hazardous materials

- Pallet Estate terminology
- Website design and code
- Logos and branding
- Calculators and tools
is the exclusive property of ATLwarehouse.com and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for their intended purpose.
8.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content
- Reverse engineer our systems
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Scrape or data-mine our website
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 No Liability for Lease Agreements
ATLwarehouse.com is not a party to lease agreements between Owners and Tenants. We are not liable for:
- Disputes between Owners and Tenants
- Condition of warehouse spaces
- Actions of Owners or Tenants
- Losses arising from lease agreements
9.2 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLwarehouse.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.4 No Liability for Labor Services
While we strive to provide quality labor services, we are not liable for:
- Minor damage to goods during moving

10. INDEMNIFICATION

- Your lease agreement with any Owner
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting space@atlwarehouse.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
11.3 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Atlanta, Georgia. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
